Who we are

The GP Service is a trading name of Novamedica Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16437130). Registered office: The Dock, 75 Exploration Drive, Leicester, England, LE4 5NU. Novamedica Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZB938258).

The GP Service is an online platform that connects patients with independent UK clinicians. The GP Service is not a pharmacy.

Consultations are carried out by independent clinicians, each registered with their UK professional regulator, for example pharmacist independent prescribers registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You can check a clinician's registration on their regulator's public register.

The pharmacy that dispenses your medicines

Medicines prescribed through The GP Service are dispensed by Pharmacy-Xpress, a GPhC-registered pharmacy (GPhC registration number 9010861). You can check this registration on the GPhC register at pharmacyregulation.org. You can also ask for your prescription to be sent to another UK pharmacy of your choice.
