How much does it cost?
Video consultation: £49, plus a £19.99 administration fee where a prescription, fit note or referral letter is issued. Repeat prescriptions: £19.99. Delivery: £4.99. Pharmacy collection: free. Every fee is shown before you pay.
Is this an NHS service?
The GP Service is a private, independent clinical service that complements the NHS. Our clinicians are registered with their UK professional regulators (GMC, GPhC, NMC), prescriptions are dispensed by GPhC-registered partner pharmacies, and — with your consent — your NHS GP is kept informed after each consultation.
Are the clinicians qualified?
Yes. GMC-registered doctors, GPhC-registered pharmacists, and Advanced Clinical Practitioners.
Can I get same-day prescriptions?

Will my employer accept a fit note?
